(1) Seasons
- Low season:
November, December (except December holidays, Christmas and New Year) January and February (except Carnival)
- Mid season:
March, April and May (except Easter), October, Carnival and December holidays
- High season:
June, July, August, September, Christmas and Easter
- New Year's price is on request
- Minimum stay: 2 nights except during Christmas and New Year (3 nights)
- Season prices can vary in result of specific events taking place in each season
(2) Prices
- Prices are valid up to two guests. Additional guests will be charged extra €20/per guest/per night in the studio apartment and the one bedroom apartments, €25 in the duplex apartment 1 and € 30 in the duplex apartment 2 and the two bedroom apartment.
- Children with or under 3 years of age do not count as an additional guest.
- Maximum capacity: 3 adults in the studio and in the one bedroom apartments and 4 adults in the duplex apartment 1, the duplex apartment 2 and the two bedroom apartment. One extra child can be accommodated in every apartment.
- The accommodation prices do not include the Lisbon City Tax (€2 per person/per day up to a maximum of 7 days, charged to guests aged 13 and older).
- There is no bed making, bathroom or room cleaning during the stay. (*)
(*) For stays over 7 nights we will clean up the room and change towels and sheets once, free of any charge. For longer stays, we will clean up once a week, including new towels and sheets, also free of any charge.
